Adam Lambert - My American Idol

Foi ontem transmitida na Fox a gala da final da Season 8 do American Idol...

Claro que não aguentara a expectativa e já tinha consultado na net quem teria sido o vencedor... :(

É indesmentível que, em regra, quem chega àquela fase do programa, reúne qualidades musicais evidentes...

E seria uma injustiça afirmar que isso não sucede com o Kris Allen. Enfim, o rapaz não canta nada mal e tem aquele jeitinho envergonhado de que as teenagers tanto gostam.

Mas...

Those foolish americans...

Puff.

A questão é que não há comparação possível entre os dois finalistas...

Para além de ter capacidades vocais de um nível muitíssimo superior, o Adam Lambert é um artista extraordinário, de uma versatilidade e carisma, para mim, nunca vistos no programa...

E que muitos artistas conceituados não possuem... de todo!

O desapontamento não foi apenas meu, a expressão facial do Simon Cowell foi demonstrativa :)
